What I Built
The loan underwriting system at Hyphen — from application intake to decision engine to disbursement. This platform processed loan applications over six years and helped the company grow from a startup into TBO Bank.
Technical Work
- Full-stack migration: Moved from CodeIgniter to Laravel, rebuilt the frontend in Vue.js
- Underwriting engine: Automated decision logic that reduced approval time significantly
- Payment integrations: Connected to multiple payment providers for disbursement
- Operational tooling: Built the dashboards and admin interfaces the operations team used daily
- Scalable architecture: Designed the system to handle growth from startup to bank acquisition
